Homemade Turkish Yoghurt

Segar dari dapur Ankara..nyum2

Boil fresh milk for 5-7 minutes

Bottled and cooled and heat till 41-43 degree C

You can prepare a ferment from yoghurt and that warm (42 degree C) milk: 3 spoons of yoghurt and half glass of milk and shake it (it is then ready for yoghurt to ferment)

Next, add half spoon for a bottle that was fermented with the warm milk. Mix and wrap those bottles with some cloths to keep in warm condition.

After 3 hours, the yoghurt is ready!
